Responsibilities:

• Providing person-centered support and care to individuals with diverse needs.
• Assisting individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.
• Supporting individuals in participating in community and social activities.
• Implementing care plans and maintaining accurate records of activities and observations.
• Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Communicating effectively and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care-related role is desirable.
• A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding and respect for the dignity and privacy of individuals.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and nights.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care are advantageous but not essential.
